ABOUT
Darling Dimestore Thieves came from our love for Joni Mitchell and her incredible body of work.
We focus on Joni's very prolific 1974-1976 period when she released
Court and Spark, The Hissing Of Summer Lawns, and her masterpiece LP Hejira.
She worked with the best players in the music business. Faithfully covering those parts is an ambitious challenge,
even if you are not trying to play it note-for-note. We did take a few small arrangement liberties and tried
to put a little of ourselves into this amazing music, though.
Throughout this experience, we remain humbled by the genius of Joni Mitchell.
